POLE DANCING TASTER BEGINNER COURSE £28.00

These classes are designed for the complete novis when it comes to dancing around a pole! This teaches you how to walk, pose, and if you are up for it, maybe a spin!.  Or someone who generally wants to get more flexible and  fit or even on a quest to find their inner sexy side.  The second course will refresh all the moves taught in the first course.

Beginner Refresh £34.00 4 x 1 hour sessions.  £8.50 payg

INTERMEDIATE POLE DANCING CLASSES

These classes are designed for people who have built up their strength from the beginner course and want more! Or who have done Pole Dancing before and want to get back into it.  I can add on floor work to this course if you want to learn how to get out of moves gracefully.

Intermediate Course £47.00 x 1 hour sessions.  (£10 add on)   £11.75 payg

Intermediate Refresh £44.00 4 x 1 hour sessions.

ADVANCED POLE DANCING CLASSES

This class speaks for it's self, advanced will teach pole tricks, such as The Gemini, The Teddy, Superman etc. 

Advanced Course £77 4 x 1 hour sessions.  £20 payg

Hire my X-Stage (free standing pole) no need for fixtures or fittings £95 for 24hrs £50 non-refundable deposit (inc set up/take down).  Free delivery within the local area.
